None of this is guesswork we can shortcut — it's infrastructure we pay for every month regardless of how many clients we're running it for.

We use AI heavily ourselves — to move faster, not to skip the paid data that tells us what's actually true about your site and your market right now. The retainer covers that data access, the tools that turn it into a plan, and a person accountable for acting on it every month — not a chatbot generating a plausible-sounding paragraph about your industry.
