Ishvera (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://ishvera.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We've written this in plain language — no legal maze.
1. What We Collect
We only collect information you give us directly or that your browser sends automatically:
- Contact & enquiry data — name, email address, phone number, and message content when you submit a contact form or WhatsApp us.
- Usage data — pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location (country/city) via Google Analytics. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
- Cookies — we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics / GTM) and may use advertising cookies (Facebook Pixel) to measure campaign performance. We do not use cookies to track you across unrelated websites beyond standard advertising retargeting.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry or service request.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- To show relevant ads to people who have visited the site (retargeting).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — website analytics. Data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising measurement and retargeting. Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — hosting. Vercel may collect basic server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) as part of normal hosting operations.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is subject to Meta's terms.
4. Data Retention
We retain contact and enquiry data for as long as needed to fulfil your request and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (up to 14 months). You may request deletion at any time.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link).
- Object to data processing where we rely on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We'll respond within 7 business days.
6. Cookies
Our site uses cookies for analytics and advertising. By continuing to use the site, you consent to cookies being placed in accordance with this policy. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time — note that some site features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
